The admin activity log rendered event labels from a hardcoded English map,
so every label was untranslated and any event type missing from the map fell
through to its raw key (e.g. admin:backup-destination.update).
Replace the 44-entry enumeration with composition: split the event on its
last dot and translate the resource and action separately, falling back to a
prettified slug so a new event degrades to readable text instead of a raw
key. Covers all 45 admin event types across en/pl/de/es/fr with 30 keys per
locale instead of 44 labels.
Also style backup-destination events, count them under infrastructure, and
surface their type/scope in the details column.
Add `bun run check-i18n` to fail when a logged admin event has no
translation in any locale.
