Stream wings system stats over websockets and surface them across the admin
area:
- new /admin/nodes/[id]/monitoring tab — 8 stat cards, system info, and
RAM/CPU/disk/network history charts
- fleet rollup on the admin dashboard, with per-node sparkline cards
- live RAM/CPU/disk on the nodes list (capped at 12 concurrent sockets)
- outdated-wings badge, backed by a cached GitHub release lookup
Add the "websocket" scope claim to signWsToken — wings validates it on both
the system-stats and server-console sockets, so it is required for either to
authenticate.
Extract StatCard out of the dashboard page into _components alongside the new
ChartCard and chart helpers, shared by the fleet and node views.
Also tolerate ER_CANT_DROP_FIELD_OR_KEY (1091) as already-applied in the
migration runner.
