web: file finder, file tree sidebar and multi-line linksVerifiedBrowse files at ba301b4

Press t or Go to file to fuzzy-find a file at the current revision. A file page shows the repository tree in a collapsible sidebar, remembered in a cookie so a collapsed tree never flashes open. Line links take #L10,L11 lists and #L10-L59 ranges.
