The dashboard, landing, search, blob, fork and repository layout pages each defined components beside the page; they move to sibling files, which empties the standards check's baseline, so the baseline goes too.
The dashboard's "Import a repository" card did nothing when clicked; it now opens the new-repository dialog, which imports from a source. The "Recent activity" card was a placeholder with nothing behind it.
