lib/git/repository-access held SQL permission builders, not git code, and moves to lib/repositories/access. utils/index.ts moves to lib/db/sql.ts, with titleToSlug in lib/repositories/slug.ts. Executor, the type every write that may run in a transaction takes, moves from close-issue to lib/db/executor.ts. The git service-name helpers leave git.constants.ts for lib/git/protocol/git-service.ts, so lib no longer imports from the app's git module, and FLUSH_PACKET is defined once in pkt-line.ts. database/index.ts re-exported a module nothing imported through it.
