          PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING
          OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR
          ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A)
          THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR
          (B) USD $100.
