A pull request that conflicts lists the paths it conflicts on, read from merge-tree, in the detail response, the merge error and the merge panel.
Review fixes: a line range must stay inside one hunk, so an applied suggestion never replaces lines the diff hid; merging holds the pull request row so it cannot turn into a draft mid-merge; draft changes are conditional and record one event; drafts report mergeable false; CRLF suggestion fences followed by text parse; review summaries can be cleared; roadmap cross-references follow the renumbering.
