Issue and pull request activity is published to an outbox table in the same transaction as the change. An outbox poller hands each event to the notifier, which fills the inbox and sends thread emails for mentions, team mentions, assignment, comments, reviews and state changes. Threads can be subscribed to and repositories watched or ignored. Webhooks can consume the same outbox later.
The database now names columns in snake_case through drizzle's casing option; migration 0034 renames every existing column in place.
